General Terms & Conditions

I. Conclusion of contract

Generally a contract shall be considered as awarded when confirmed in writing. The deal may, however, also be concluded by mail or verbally by handshake.

II. Payment conditions

1. After conclusion of the contract a down payment of 30% is due.
2. The prices or fees stated in the respective offer shall apply.
3. All invoices have to be paid within 10 days without deduction.

III. Proprietorship

1. Further utilization of the concepts is not permitted.
2. All services remain in the contractor’s property until their full payment.
3. With due delivery as fixed beforehand the translation becomes legal possession of the customer.

IV. Warranty

Services not objected within 8 calendar days are considered as accepted.

V. Final provisions

1. Place of fulfilment shall be the office of the contractor, the premises of the customer or any other location agreed by both parties beforehand, depending on the individual arrangements and on necessity.
2. Place of jurisdiction is the contractor’s place of business unless other legal regulation prevail.
